Order Policies
Payment in full (or a 50% deposit, as applicable to $250+ orders) is required at the time of invoicing to book your order. Unpaid invoices with less than one week until pickup date may be cancelled.
Please provide at least one week's notice in the event of a cancellation to be considered for refund. Orders cancelled with less than one week's notice may not be refunded in full.
If you are a no-show for pickup, your items may be held for up to 2 days if storage space allows, after which they will be discarded. No refunds will be given.
All cookie orders go out by porch pickup - your order will be placed in a locker on the front porch for you to grab. Weather allowing, macaron and cake orders may be placed in the locker for pickup as well. Please check your email for communication. Thank you!
