Hello!

My name is Melanie, and I do the baking here! All of the goodies you'll find at Moonflour are made fresh from scratch, lovingly decorated, and packaged by myself. I am a mom of 3 young boys, and bake by the moonlight!

I operate out of my home kitchen as a licensed and registered business in the city of Edmonton, AB. Moonflour's ingredients and kitchen tools/equipment are used and stored separately from our home supply. I use commercial grade sanitizers throughout.

I have previous work experience as a baker for a local bakery here in Edmonton, and have more recently hung up my scrubs from working in healthcare. I have a valid Food Handler's certificate issued through the Canadian Institute of Food Safety, and have completed the Food Safety Basics program through Alberta Health Services.
